The standard MOQ across all custom blanket lines is 50 pcs per design per color. For photo blankets and other styles requiring plate setup, we recommend 100 pcs on the first order to spread plate costs. Kids hoodie blankets carry a 100-pc MOQ. Mixed orders are supported (e.g., 30 pcs sherpa + 20 pcs throw totaling 50 pcs), but each individual style must meet the 50-pc minimum.

Standard lead time is 20-25 days including sample approval: artwork confirmation 2-3 days, sample production 3-5 days, bulk manufacturing 12-15 days, QC and packing 2-3 days. We support six mainstream logo methods: embroidery, sublimation full-panel print, reactive dye, screen print, woven labels, and embossed leather patches. Hoodie blankets are best suited to embroidery + woven labels; photo blankets require sublimation; flannel typically uses reactive dye; throw blankets can use screen print or sublimation; heavy sherpa styles benefit from embossed leather patches instead of embroidery.
